Led by Culinary Director Mitchell Beswick, our seasonal multi-course Christmas Day lunch showcases the very best Australian seafood, premium ingredients and locally sourced produce, thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the flavours of the season.
Paired with warm hospitality, uninterrupted ocean views and a three-hour beverage package, every detail will delight so you can relax, connect and enjoy the day.
