Here’s everything happening for families.
Mini Putt Putt
A school holiday staple, mini putt putt is available daily with ocean views, fresh air and enough competitive energy to keep the whole family entertained. Whether it’s a quick round before lunch or a family championship that goes to a tiebreaker, this one belongs on the daily itinerary.

Family Zone
Our Family Zone is the perfect space for some family fun with arcade games, colouring in and more. Parental supervision required.

Kids Activities
We have an array of children’s activities happening at Terrigal Beach House during the holidays. Settle in for an afternoon in the sunshine on the best beachfront terrace on the Central Coast. Walk-ins welcome, arrive early to secure your spot.

Terrigal Haven Coastal Walk
Terrigal Beach and Rock Pools
Step straight across to Terrigal Beach for safe swimming, sandcastle competitions and sunset strolls. Explore the nearby rock pools, spot marine life and let the kids burn off energy by the water.
Poolside Family Time
Enjoy family time in our heated swimming pool overlooking Terrigal Beach. Pool races, relaxing, swimming practice and so much fun is waiting poolside. Order a coffee, or a cocktail, from the Deck Bar, stretch out on a sun lounger and let the afternoon take care of itself. The pool is steps from your room and open daily throughout the school holidays.
Family Fun Day at Terrigal Beach House | Sunday 12 July
Get ready for a fun-filled day by the sea. Bring the family along and soak up the sunshine on the Beach Terrace, where there’s something exciting for everyone.
From 1–4pm, the kids will be kept entertained with airbrush tattoos, balloon twisting and face painting, while live music from talented local artists sets the mood from 12pm.
And because happy kids make happy parents, every kids’ meal comes with a free drink and ice cream.
High Tea at Meribella
For the families who like to slow down mid-school-holidays, Meribella’s High Tea is a genuinely special afternoon out. Handcrafted sweets and savouries, signature scones and ocean views — a lovely treat for the older kids and a moment for the parents to exhale.

Australian Reptile Park
No school holidays on the Central Coast are complete without a visit to the Reptile Park. Only a 30 minute drive, offering daily animal shows, koala cuddles, kangaroo feeding, Elvis the saltwater crocodile and enough wildlife encounters to fill an entire day. A guaranteed highlight for kids of every age.
