This Father’s Day, bring the family together at Meribella for a long lunch overlooking Terrigal Beach.
Designed for sharing, the 36-Hour Wagyu Tri-Tip will delight. Slow-cooked for 36 hours and finished over the chargrill, this generous shared feast is served as a set menu with bread to start, main and sides per person. Rich, tender and made for gathering around the table.

Meribella bar is serving up a Father’s Day burger special, created exclusively for the whole weekend. Available from Friday to Sunday.
Father’s Day Truffle Burger: $40
Double Cooper Tree Farm Wagyu patties, smoky bacon, Pyengana cheddar, fried onion and fresh Manjimup black truffle, served on a brioche bun with house-cut fries and your choice of draught beer, house wine or soft drink.
*Terms and conditions: Bookings are essential for the Father’s Day lunch event. Kids meals will be available on the day. A 1.9% card fee applies, with a 10% Sunday surcharge.
