Confirming the event requires a signed contract and initial deposit by 30 November 2024. If not confirmed by 30 November 2024, the accommodation rates quoted will remain the same as long as the proposal is within validity. Once the proposal validity expires, rates and pricing will be subject to change and parking will revert to retail pricing ($35.00). Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
