New Grand Ballroom

The New Grand Ballroom is an unparalleled venue on the Central Coast, with the recent refurbishment making this the newest space of its kind in the region. This is our largest event space, accommodating up to 450 guests, making it ideal for conferences, seminars and gala dinners. The option of a private entrance and use of the lobby give this event venue an additional sense of space and exclusivity. Enjoy the benefits of multiple technology upgrades, including a new AV and sound system with touch-screen controls.
This versatile space can be split to make two smaller ballrooms, the Pacific Ballroom and the Henry Kendall Ballroom, or into five smaller spaces: Wamberal, Avoca, Henry Kendall I, Henry Kendall II and Terrigal.
MacMasters Room

Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom and accommodating up to 60 delegates, this newly refurbished Central Coast function room makes for a great event venue and breakout area.
This stylish space features high ceilings and is ideal for conferences or events with a maximum capacity of 60 guests. The perfect breakout or preparation area, this room is conveniently located on the first floor and is accessible via lift, stairs or escalator.
Forresters Room

If you’re looking for a meeting venue on the NSW Central Coast, this function room may be ideal for you. The Forresters Room offers high ceilings and wooden panelled walls, lending an air of elegance to your event. Basking in natural light and offering views across Terrigal village, this recently refurbished space can accommodate up to 60 people, theatre style. This well-lit room features the latest AV technology and can be utilised for large events or as a breakout room.
Hawkesbury Lobby

The newly refurbished Hawkesbury Lobby creates a sense of arrival for your event with its own entrance featuring dedicated escalators for ease of access, space for your registration desk, a stunning marble barista station and even a hidden bar to service your dinner event in style.
Suitable for up to 300 guests in a cocktail style, the Hawkesbury Lobby can be utilised for arrival tea and coffee, exhibition space, breakout space for your morning or afternoon tea or pre-dinner drinks.
Meribella Fireplace

Exuding refined elegance and offering spectacular views of the ocean, Meribella fireplace is perfect for hosting small to medium sized events. This space is particularly popular for V.I.P. dinner events where that extra level of wow factor is needed.
The Meribella fireplace is suitable for up to 24 guests and offers full services with advanced AV technology, projector, screen, surround sound, an energy-controlled air conditioning system and a marble fireplace.
Haven Rooms 1 & 2

Haven Room 1 and 2 offer a variety of seating options for your event, and feature our latest AV system upgrade. With their own private courtyard and bathrooms, these self-contained rooms can also accommodate your delegates in theatre or cocktail style functions.
