Each week, month, and quarter, the Central Coast pays host to an array of colourful markets, where you can find anything from Coast-grown produce and artisan products to enterprising locals and amazing food from all over the globe.

A great way to shop local and support the Central Coast community, the markets have become a cultural attraction in themselves, each bringing its own unique flavour to the Central Coast Market scene and summoning visitors from far and wide.

Whether you are a shop-til-you-drop or a bite-to-eat-and-a-browse person, the markets cater to all tastes and ages. Many of them are also conveniently located for heading out and about and exploring the best of the Central Coast, so you can combine a market trip with a sumptuous breakfast, a walk or a visit to one of our favourite bars. You could even go all out with a family weekend and enjoy some of the Central Coast’s best kid-friendly activities (big kids are welcome too).

So, from Farmers’ markets to weekend markets and night markets to Vintage markets, here are some of the best markets on the Central Coast to help you plan your next trip.

Weekend Markets

Terrigal Beach Markets, Terrigal

The perfect spot to kick off our round-up of the Central Coast’s best markets, the Terrigal Beach Markets are held on the first Saturday of every month. Celebrating local makers and shakers since 2015, the market features an array of artisan treats, fashion, homeware, gifts, and art, as well as great food, delectable desserts and live music.

Taking over the Terrigal Esplanade between the Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific and the ocean, the market makes for a perfect Saturday pit stop before hitting the beach or going for a walk along the boardwalk up to the Haven.
