Terms and Conditions

• Valid for new bookings and enquiries from 1 February 2022, for events being held within the months of February & March 2022. Redeem the offer by completing the Quick Enquiry form above or quoting “Changing Seasons offer” to our events team when enquiring
• Based on availability of accommodation and meeting rooms
• No minimum delegate numbers required. No maximum limit on complimentary self-parking, however it is based on on-site car space availability
• Function room hire may apply depending on minimum delegate numbers and function room choice
• Accommodation upgrades are from Standard Resort Rooms to Premium Ocean View Rooms and a minimum of 5 accommodation rooms to be booked per night to access this element of the offer
• Excludes postponed and amended events contracted prior to 1 February 2022
