This winter, Meribella invites you to an evening of bold flavour and warm spirit, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of the Celtic Isles. In partnership with award-winning Central Coast distillers Amber Lane, this exciting event pairs a five-course degustation menu with hand-selected single malt whiskies, curated to complement each dish.
Executive Chef Gavin Forman brings his own Celtic roots to the table, honouring timeworn traditions from his homeland with contemporary technique and a deep respect for provenance. From Irish boxty topped with smoked salmon and mustard crème fraîche, to Gaelic venison steak in a mushroom whisky cream, each course is a journey – enhanced by the complex, cask-matured expressions of Amber Lane whisky.
Based in the Yarramalong Valley, Amber Lane is one of Australia’s most awarded whisky distilleries, known for its long maturation process, sherry-cask influence and meticulous attention to detail. Their whiskies are bold, elegant and evocative – making them the perfect match for Meribella’s refined approach to Celtic cuisine.
Guests will begin the night in Meribella bar, where they’ll meet award-winning whisky producer and Amber Lane co-founder Rod Berry.
