Are you open and how can I book?
Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is open and taking reservations. You can book online, by calling (02) 43849111 or by using the IHG App on your phone.
Can I swim in the pool and spa?
Our pool is open in line with government restrictions, thereby all patrons must adhere to the 1.5m social distancing requirements and register via QR code. At this stage, the spa and sauna remain closed due to restrictions. For assistance and sanitisation poolside, a concierge is available.
Is Terrigal Beach House open?
We are excited to announce that the newly renovated, Terrigal Beach House is now open.
Are there restrictions on the number of people allowed in the hotel?
Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific has 199 rooms. We are following government restrictions and all IHG guidelines to ensure your safety. The number of guests allowed at any one time in our hotel, restaurants and bars is carefully managed to keep in line with government restrictions.
Can I cancel if there is a ‘second wave’?
We recommend that you book on a rate with flexible cancellation terms to give you confidence when booking at this time.
What social distancing measures do you have in place?
At all times, we are following government restrictions and IHG guidelines in regard to social distancing. Our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms are set up in compliance with current regulations and all public areas have signage and easy to see markings to ensure guests are confident in following the social distancing measures we have in place.
Will you still have a buffet breakfast?
The way we do breakfast has changed in order help to keep you safe. This means things are a bit different and we are not offering a buffet breakfast. Instead, we are offering a la carte breakfast in Seasalt Restaurant as well as the option of room service breakfast. Bookings are essential and should be made prior to arrival to ensure you can make a reservation at your preferred time.
Are the restaurants open?
Yes, Lord Ashley Bar and Lounge with its high teas, extensive cocktail and wine list and our award-winning Seasalt Restaurant are both open. The newly renovated Terrigal Beach House opened on 2nd January 2021. Terrigal Beach House is a vibrant meeting place for endless good times with stunning beach views and fresh ocean breezes. Enjoy icy cold drinks on the beach terrace or indulge your taste buds with our locally sourced seasonal menu available from 11:30am daily. Although some things may be a little different now to ensure all social distancing measures and government restrictions are being followed.
Can we get room service?
Absolutely. Things might be delivered a bit differently to how it was done in the past but you can enjoy your meal on your own private balcony taking in the views of Terrigal.
Is valet parking available?
At this time, no. Self-parking is available underneath the hotel for $25 per day.
Is your gym open?
Yes, although some things may be a little different now to ensure all social distancing measures and government restrictions are being followed. At this stage, the sauna and steam room remain closed due to restrictions.
Is endota spa open?
Endota Spa located on level one of Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is open. We recommend booking prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.
Will Kids Zone be open for the school holidays?
Unfortunately, no. To keep everyone safe, we will not be opening our Kids Zone at this time. We do have free Putt Putt Golf available on Haven Terrace during school holidays.
What is open in the local area?
One of the great things about Terrigal is that many experiences are right on your door step. The beach is open and there are a number of great walking tracks through the area that can be utilised in a safe, socially distanced manner. Walking up The Skillion is one of the most memorable things to do in Terrigal.
Terrigal is known for its great village of speciality stores, restaurants and bars which are open and have adapted their way of doing business.

Supporting the Wellbeing of Guests and Colleagues including:
Enabling the personal wellbeing of guests and colleagues is key. IHG is working closely with a team of medical experts at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic to develop guidance and resources for hotel teams on returning to work and keeping guests safe in this new environment, which may include:
- Cleanliness information in hotels and on IHG’s booking channels
- Social distancing operating procedures and signage
- Guidance on the use of protective equipment as necessary by hotel colleagues
- Updated colleague training and certification
- Availability of individual guest amenity cleaning kits
- Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes available in guest rooms and at high-touch points throughout hotels
