Are you open and how can I book?
Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is currently open to essential workers. You can book online, by calling (02) 43849111 or by using the IHG App on your phone.
Can I swim in the pool and spa?
Our pool, spa, sauna are temporarily closed due to the restrictions in place.
Is Terrigal Beach House open?
Terrigal Beach House is temporarily closed due to the restrictions in place.
Are there restrictions on the number of people allowed in the hotel?
Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific has 199 rooms. We are following government restrictions and all IHG guidelines to ensure your safety. The number of guests allowed at any one time in our hotel, restaurants and bars is carefully managed to keep in line with government restrictions.
Can I cancel my booking?
We recommend that you book on a rate with flexible cancellation terms to give you confidence when booking at this time.
What social distancing measures do you have in place?
At all times, we are following government restrictions and IHG guidelines in regard to social distancing. All public areas have signage and easy to see markings to ensure guests are confident in following the social distancing measures we have in place.
Are the restaurants open?
Seasalt Restaurant, Lord Ashley Bar & Lounge, and Terrigal Beach House remain temporarily closed until further notice. In-room dining is available to guests of the hotel.
Can we get room service?
Absolutely. Things might be delivered a bit differently to how it was done in the past but you can enjoy your meal on your own private balcony taking in the views of Terrigal.
Is valet parking available?
At this time, no. Self-parking is available underneath the hotel for $25 per day.
Is your gym open?
No, our gym is currently closed.
Is endota spa open?
Endota Spa located on level one of Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is temporarily closed.

Supporting the Wellbeing of Guests and Colleagues including:
Enabling the personal wellbeing of guests and colleagues is key. IHG is working closely with a team of medical experts at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic to develop guidance and resources for hotel teams on returning to work and keeping guests safe in this new environment, which may include:
- Cleanliness information in hotels and on IHG’s booking channels
- Social distancing operating procedures and signage
- Guidance on the use of protective equipment as necessary by hotel colleagues
- Updated colleague training and certification
- Availability of individual guest amenity cleaning kits
- Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes available in guest rooms and at high-touch points throughout hotels
