Start your Christmas Day celebrations in Lord Ashley Lounge with a drink on arrival from 12pm before Seasalt Restaurant opens for Christmas lunch with all the trimmings at 12:30pm.

The Seasalt Christmas Buffet includes lobster in the seafood buffet, live entertainment, ocean views from the restaurant and our premium beverage package.

SEAFOOD ON ICE

  • Fresh king prawns

  • Hiramasa king fish escabeche with baby herbs, radish and salsa verde
  • Steamed local black mussels, garlic, lemon and thyme dressing
  • Blackened salmon sashimi, preserved lemon, chives & roasted chilli oil
