The three course a la carte menu includes favourites like the best-selling seafood platter, halloumi fries and a dessert share plate to makes lovers of all things sweet rejoice. Executive Chef Simon Quick and Executive Sous Chef Dana Chantler have created a menu that reflects the cultural background of the team in the kitchen.
Seasalt Restaurant offers an extensive wine list featuring local and Hunter Valley wines, tap and bottled craft beers and a classic cocktail list.

For $135 per platter for two, you will enjoy two courses of sumptuous seafood to share with fresh tuna poke, salmon tartare, snapper ceviche, Pacific oysters, tiger prawns, daily sashimi, pan grilled snapper, scampi gratin, Portuguese chilli Hervey Bay scollops, grilled prawns, steamed clams, and salt and pepper squid with house-made condiments and sauces.

We invite you to make it a more regular event on Tuesday and Wednesday nights with the Local’s Dinner Deal. Join us for dinner on Tuesday nights to discover the latest menu for just $45 per person including two courses. This special offer is limited to Central Coast locals and ID must be sighted on arrival. Excludes the Seafood Platter and Pinnacle beef tenderloin.
