- Call Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific to book your meeting with a Weddings Coordinator to discuss your ceremony, reception venue and accommodation
- Choose your bridesmaids, best man, groomsmen and ushers
- Decide where to spend your honeymoon and make bookings well in advance. For overseas travelers check passports, visas and inoculations
- Book hire cars
- Book photographer and videographer
- Book musical entertainment
- Decide on style of wedding dress, bridesmaid’s dresses and groom’s attire and start looking for a dressmaker or tailor if you’re planning to have something custom made, or decide on the options of hiring or buying wedding attire.
3-6 months prior to your wedding day
- Select and order your wedding rings
- Choose a cake decorator, style and type of cake
- Discuss floral arrangements for your ceremony and reception, bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids, and buttonholes for the groom and groomsmen
- Decide on wedding shoes and any other accessories
- Organise stationery requirements; invitations, place cards, cake bags etc
- Choose your Master of Ceremonies
- Confirm your ceremony details with your venue and with the person performing your ceremony

2 months prior to your wedding day

- Collect your wedding rings
- Choose music for your reception, cutting of the cake and bridal waltz

6 weeks prior to your wedding day
- Mail your wedding invitations
- Discuss your preferred hair style with your hairdresser and arrange a trial appointment. Once you’re happy with the style you’ve selected, then make an appointment for your wedding day
- Have the final dress and suit fittings for the Wedding Party
1 week prior to your wedding day
- Arrange a rehearsal of your ceremony with all attendants of the wedding party
- Collect all wedding attire
- Confirm cake delivery arrangements
- Confirm floral deliveries
- Confirm with Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific final numbers for the reception
- Complete a guest list, arrange place cards and table seatings and provide this to your venue
- Confirm your photographer, video and musical entertainment
