Due to unforeseen staffing shortages, Seasalt Restaurant will be temporarily closed for dinner service between 18 May and 31 May. For hotel guests, we will be serving an amended Seasalt dinner menu in Lord Ashley Lounge, which can be viewed at terrigalpacific.crowneplaza.com/menu.
Lord Ashley remains open daily from 12pm to 10pm and the new dinner menu available 6pm to 9pm (walk-ins only). Buffet Breakfast in Seasalt Restaurant will continue as usual.

Prepared with fresh produce from the local area including herbs from the kitchen’s own herb garden, the menu offers a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Seasalt Restaurant offers an extensive wine list featuring local and Hunter Valley wines, tap and bottled craft beers and a classic cocktail list.
Executive Chef Simon Quick has created a menu that reflects the culinary experience and cultural background of the team in the kitchen.
Special dietary requirements are notably catered for with a range of vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
Please note that reservations for 5 or more guests require credit card details to secure your booking. Cancellations and alterations to the reservation can be made with no charge up until 6 hours prior to the reservation. Within the time period of 6 hours prior to the reservation, a cancellation of 50% or more guests will incur a fee of $25 per cancelled person. In the event that the group does not show up for their reservation, a fee of $25 per person will be charged.
